    <title>Social Media Should Stay</title>
    <link>https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/emilyheroux</link>
<description>Do you ever wonder if your social media accounts help or harm you?

Clay Shirky, the author of Cognitive Surplus, thinks that they are a waste of your time. I argue that social media has changed my life! It has given me access to connections I wouldn't have without it.

If you want to experience the world, but don't have the money to travel just yet, social media can help you with that. Use Instagram to see what people from other cultures wear or what the landscape of Australia looks like. Use Twitter to get in the thoughts of celebrities. Use Facebook to stay connected to old friends and keep track of new ones. Experiences all this and much more when connected to social media!

In my opinion, social media helps open your mind and expands your horizons. What do you think? </description>
